Once you turn it on, Customer Hub pops up as a neat little "drawer" on your site whenever someone clicks their account icon or goes to your account page. If they're not logged in, it'll ask them to. Once they are, boom! They get their own personalized space.
This "hub" has different sections you can customize:
"For You": This is where you can show off their loyalty points, special coupons, or even products they've "favorited" – truly personal stuff!
"Orders": A quick look at their past purchases, with easy buttons to track a package or start a return.
"Profile": Where they can quickly check or update their address and contact info.
"Chat (Optional)": Want to offer live chat? This tab lets them talk directly to your support team, and you can handle it all right within Klaviyo.
You can tweak how it looks to perfectly match your brand, add cool features like product recommendations, and set up how customers can get help. It's all about making it feel like a natural part of your website.

Customer Hub is currently in a testing phase (what we call "beta"). If you're on a paid Klaviyo email plan and use Shopify for your online store (and it's in English), you might be able to get in early! While it's free during this testing period, it will be a separate paid feature later on.
